Arriving Early

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the treatment time. Arriving late will shorten the treatment.

Children

Spa guests must be at least 12 years old. Minors may have treatments, but must be accompanied by a parent or a signed waiver. Proof of age may be required.

Cancellation/ No – Show Policy

Cancellation which is made one day before treatment date will be charged 50% from the rate and cancellation which is made on the same day treatment or no show will be charged 100% from the contract rate.

What about payment

We accept cash (US $, Aust $, Sin $, HK $, Yen, Euro, Yuan, Yen, IDR) and credit cards (VISA & Master). Cheques are not accepted.

Is there any age limit?

Yes. Since our treatment is not developed for children, we only offer the treatment to guests aged 12 years and over.

Do I need to bring my own cosmetics?

Basic skin care and body care products are available, but we don’t have makeup products. Please bring your own with you.

Should I bring extra clothes?

We provide things you need for the treatment such as disposable paper shorts, towels and gowns.

Can male guests enjoy spa treatment?

Yes, Talaga Spa treatment is developed for both male and female guests.

What if I am pregnant?

We suggest the treatments that fit to expectant mother, but we recommend you to ask your doctor before the treatment.

What if I have sensitive skin?

VCO safe for sensitive skin
